Chris took up painting in 2021 as a new interest after a 40-year corporate career. He grew up in New Zealand and has travelled extensively, experiences which fostered his interest in and appreciation of natural environments, landscapes and wildlife.
Chris moved to Australia in 2012.
Chris is self-taught and has learnt from listening to and watching other painters whose works he admires.
Having created a number of paintings for family and friends, Chris has been encouraged to offer his own artwork to the market.
In addition to the paintings presented in the online gallery, Chris is available for commission work and enjoys the collaborative approach to these projects.
